Trauma-Informed Support for Credit Unions
Designed and implemented a qualitative study to explore how credit unions have been operating during the COVID-19 pandemic. Chief Executive Officers (CEOs) and Human Resource Leads from credit unions around the country were interviewed to understand how staff, policies, and plans have been impacted by SARS-CoV-2 roughly eight to ten months after COVID-19 was declared a global pandemic. Study outcomes provided guidance for credit union leaders to design policies, plans, and procedures that better support their staff and organizations during the COVID crisis.
