Trauma-Informed Mental Health Care Through a Cross-Cultural Lens

Facilitated roundtable discussions to assist faculty and administrators of Russell Sage College better incorporate a trauma-informed framework into student services from a cross-cultural perspective. Met with athletic coaches, athletes and students working in the health services sector to provide strategies to implement evidence-based practices of emotional support during times of elevated trauma exposure. Also served as the keynote speaker for the Russell Sage Thrive Spring Symposium, an annual event focused on bringing wellness to members of the Sage community.
